Birth Injury

Medical negligence and malpractice throughout a mother’s pregnancy, during labor or in delivery of a newborn can lead to cerebral palsy or other life-threatening injuries and a lifetime of unforeseen medical expenses for the family. Mueller Law is dedicated to fighting for children and their families who have been affected by substandard care.

What You Need to Know

Mueller Law has successfully tried or settled numerous birth injury cases involving newborns or infants who were seriously injured because of a hospital’s, doctor’s or nurse’s negligence. That negligence can manifest in many forms along the continuum of care during childbirth, and there are a number of fact patterns, medical instruments and drugs that result in a disproportionate share of preventable injuries.
