Brian M. Dernulc is an associate attorney at Mueller Law. He has been with the firm since he moved to Austin in 2013. Brian has been integral to the firm’s surgical mesh litigation team, and is responsible for managing a majority of the day-to-day work in that area. He also leads a team of paralegals and law clerks in Mueller Law’s mass tort department.
Brian is the firm’s primary researcher and drafter for controversial surgical mesh cases and is both thorough and creative in the arguments he presents on his clients’ behalf. He zealously works on behalf of injured victims and their families to recover the fair compensation they are owed when a company, corporation or other entity’s negligence results in their injury. He has experience in several aspects of litigation—from pre-filing to final disposition—and has participated in the negotiation of major settlements for clients of Mueller Law.
Prior to joining Mueller Law, Brian worked and practiced in the State of Maryland, where he gained experience in mediation, family law, and commercial transactions.
Outside of work, Brian is engaged in the community. He volunteers on local political campaigns and donates his time and energy to issues about which he is passionate.
